I then chose to contact the Governor's office. 2 days of silence and then an email. Email stated that they would have someone from DPS ...

Read the CHL-16. Nowhere in there does it mention Business Days. This is straight from the Texas Government Code.

1/13 for all docs and fingerprints being submitted. Still no change...

I have read the statute and Have seen the references to 60 and 180 days.

I HAVE YET TO SEE where it states that these are Business days.

I have heard that RSD considers it Business days. But can someone point out to me where the statute is referring to business days?

That would help to clarify ...

Ok, so if it business days that they are counting now, then I do not hit 45 days until March 14th and sixty days isn't until April. . .
