It may be just bad reporting, but it sounds like, all that is required, is a phone call to the police to get an order. Is there absolutely, no court involvement at all?
This is just going to escalate, and both police and members of the public, will die. SCOTUS needs to step in and put a halt to this Unconstitutional law, before it spreads to everywhere else in the country.
