You should get another email in a couple of days saying that they received all of your documents and to wait 4-6 weeks before calling in

Just got off the phone with the RSD. They said my license was issued today 02/19. Expect plastic in the mail in 10-14 business days. Now I pray that it doesn't get lost in the mail.

Looks like my timeline is about a week after yours. Same situation with a dismissed arrest. Keep us updated when ...
