Re: H.R.3200 Would Repeal ‘Gun-Free School Zones’

So the law was modified to become in forcible in 1996 then a few years later Columbine followed by others. Why can’t people see the pattern here?

Re: Rattlesnake, uranium, whiskey found during traffic stop

I would love to hear/read any follow-up on this. Especially his side of the story. VERY curious about his intention with the payload. I just read on yahoo news(take it for what it's worth) that one of the guys was going to use the uranium on the rattlesnake to "make a super snake out of it". What a...

Re: Lawsuit argues AR-15 illegal

Well......"can be readily RESTORED........" Per the definition of "restore", none of my AR15s can be restored to shoot more than one round per pull of trigger because they never originally could! Nothing to "restore" on my rifles. I'm not so sure. A good lawyer could have a field day with this - re...

Glad she is gone. Choose wisely. Me too. And I’ll try. Sometimes the full level of someone’s crazy doesn’t come out till you’ve lived with them for a while. I don’t plan on moving anyone else in for a long while. Ill just drop this right here in case you haven’t seen it :tiphat: https://m.youtube.c...

I went to Lowes yesterday to purchase products for a remodel. I was informed that their discount is now 5% for active duty military. This sucks! Headed to Home Depot today. Ill report back

Re: Last years Federal Rebate Buck Knife award finally arrived!

I bought some Federal Premium ammunition last year and applied for the rebate which was a Buck 110 Knife. Sent the online rebate application via online website early December 2018. It finally arrived today after many, many calls and assurances the knife was on it's way. http://i68.tinypic.com/iejw9...

Charles, I'm looking forward to your 'country boy interpretation' of these bills for those of us with limited legal knowledge. I know you've got your hands full with other 2A issues at this time, so I'm OK with waiting until you're ready to share your wisdom. VT I agree! I like plain English!!!!!

Re: Governor Abbott Signs Ten Pro-Second Amendment Bills into Law

House Bill 1177 by Rep. Dade Phelan (R-Beaumont) & Sen. Brandon Creighton (R-Conroe) protects citizens from being charged with a crime for carrying a handgun without a License To Carry while evacuating from an area during a declared state or local disaster, or while returning to that area, and allow...

Re: Possible New Suppressor Bill HB 2286

Laws like this never had a chance thanks to Dennis Bonnen and Dan Patrick. Even if they weren’t a problem, suppressor regulation is STIILL under ATF jurisdiction. The state can pass all the laws it wants, and if you violate ATF suppressor regs and get found out, ATF agents will still show up to arr...

Re: AZ: Kidnapping foiled

Probably not the way I would have handled it, but the crime was stopped and the child is safe. :tiphat: Unfortunately the bad guy got away, but I think the police will be able to catch him. I probably would not have made hands-on contact with the perp, but I certainly would have drawn on him and or...
