Does anybody know the timeline between "sent to print" and actually printing the plastic?

It's already 4/20/16 with no changes in anything. Emailed rsd last week and still no response. Tried calling them but all i get is due to high volumes try back again ...

What gets me is they don't even allow you to get in the queue to wait for someone to answer your call. How do they get away with this? It's embarrassing.

Does anyone know the turnaround time for an email response re: application status?
