Re: TX: 87R 2021 Session SB540

My primary concern is that if this passes, you will have a lot of people carrying who don't know the law, don't even know there are laws, and will walk around blissfully ignorant, eventually exposing themselves tot he public as ignorant, and screwing it up for all us who do know the law. There are ...

Re: Nobody but Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

How about a few more NUCLEAR REACTORS! There are only 2 in Texas....WHY? Texas should be heated by Gas powered electric plants and Nuclear Power Station! The simple answer is the price of natural gas kept falling and it was cheaper to supply energy using natural gas than nuclear. Both of the nuclea...

Not that many of them would handle it well in reality, but it is their job to educate young folks in good citizenship.
I agree that firearm safety should be taught in schools. Bring Eddie the Eagle back to schools!

I've seen folks go to take their LTC class with a handgun they bought less than 24 hours before the class, and have never fired it. Some have taken the class and have never fired ANY gun.

Re: Constitutional Carry

As stated by many on this forum before, there are already ways you can carry without a license today in Texas. The Motorist Protection Act allows you to carry in your vehicle without a license (as long as the handgun is not in plain view), as well as to/from your vehicle from your home. Additionally...

Dems licking their chops to indict Trump on criminal charges for the riot.
Since he was acquitted by the senate, wouldn't a trial for the same thing run afoul of double jeopardy?
