When it gets a person it will be during an accident after the cops see you were texting at the same time as the wreck.
I've heard it's that, but also insurance companies could start using it as a reason to deny coverage.

Re: AL: Wounded IHOP employee draws and kills man shooting in restaurant

I can only speculate, but if the decedent was a member of a racial or ethnic minority, refusing to prosecute the shooter can lead to protests and political problems for the prosecutor Ding ding ding, we have a winner. Also, shot someone previously. https://www.al.com/news/2019/01/huntsville-ihop-sh...

Re: Attn Math whizzes

remember that every year is actually 365.25 days, and that is why we have leap year, which adds a day on the 4th year to keep us on track. Not quite true; it's trivia time. Every year is actually 365.2425 days. Leap year is every year divisible by 4, except years that are divisible 100, unless it i...

Re: TX: TSA misses handgun, owner turns self in

Well, you're looking at a case of someone with a LTC vs someone without possessing a loaded handing in a bag. Glad to see the LTCer didn't get in trouble for an honest mistake and then doing the right thing; granted, TSA should have caught it and him be able to handle it at the security checkpoint.

interesting. I wonder whats in them... personally I just stay inside haha. cheapest way i know to get rid of mosquitoes :D According to the Q&A on Amazon from sellers, it's sugar, salt, and yeast. Sounds similar to a lot of things I've seen online using a two liter bottle with sugar, yeast, and war...

6. Ban backpacks and long coats from school premises. ( I never had a backpack at school, I managed ) It surprised me he had a trench coat. When I graduated high school (2005) we weren't allowed to have trench coats and our backpacks had to be clear or mesh. These were rules put in place post-Colum...

Other than for work I pretty much only wear Columbia shirts. I can easily conceal IWB or OWB. Bonus, they're really comfortable and generally look nice.

Re: TX: Fort Bend County father murdered trying to sell is Audi - 4 kids

Always meet buyers at somewhere safe, like police station in a good neighborhood. This is a very sad situation, but this is the best advice. I just went through the process of selling a truck and I always met people at the Hurst police station. They have a couple parking spots set up for meeting to...

You could forego the lock and just bolt it directly to the truck bed; granted, it wouldn't be easy for you to get it out either, especially if it's full.

Re: Alliance Air Show

There were no signs up today. There was a generic no firearms entering the parking areas but nothing whatsoever at the entrance gate. There was a bag check at the entrance, but it's a complete joke, just volunteers (many looked to be high school maybe college aged) looking in the top once you open t...
