Do those people take lunch. I just called to check my status and after receiving the message about long wait times, the same message finished with please try your call again later. Then hung up on me. It was the 512-424-7293 number.

All in on Feb 10th.

Still no website status change. But it looks like people who were all-in late January/early February are starting to receive theirs. I'll continue to check my mailbox feverishly each day when I get home from work!

I only had to hold for about 10 minutes. Talked to a nice lady named Sherry. She said my application status had changed to "in process" on April 7th.
I had all my documents submitted by Feb 10th. She said that once the status changes to "in process" it generally takes about 30 days until they ...

So... good news. Seems my wait is also almost over! I managed to contact RSD this morning via phone. I got a real nice lady on the phone who informed me my application was approved and that I should receive it in 7-14 business days. So, basically, I am off to print and awaiting the status change ...
