He advised me that with the Cinco Ranch complaint, all Ft Bend County libraries would be affected by the final ruling. He expects further court ...

It still seems to me that the state AG needs to get involved, otherwise any screwball wearing a judge's robe could sign an order declaring an "educational" institution and they could flaunt the law.
Has the AG made any statement on that order?

I may be wrong, but I believe that the Fort Bend library system is claiming that they are in fact a school system and not a collection of libraries. The one in Cinco Ranch is also posted. I think we need to get some legislative clarity on what exactly is a school.
