Re: CA: No place but California

San Fransisco voters decide whether their top companies will have a new tax based on a percentage of gross revenue to pay for the homeless. Not profit but gross revenue. Note to Walmart and Exxon don’t relocate to San Fransisco. So if you give the homeless free housing, do you think MORE will come ...

When I was in Bangkok, the locals used a fork and spoon, although the fork was mainly used to put food on the spoon.

Re: Trouble Purchasing Rifle at Walmart

I think 18 U.S.C. 922(t)(1)(C) only requires verifying identity by examining a valid identification document.

It's a shame the same standards are not followed for voting nationwide.

Re: Antifa Violence in Portland, OR

Why doesn't law enforcement step in and stop this nonsense? Wait, I know the answer. A lot of socialist/marxist local governments applaud this type crime while the rank and file L.E.are poltically handcuffed and frustrated, unable to do their jobs without being fired and losing their pensions. Hey,...

Re: State Fair carry

Went to the state fair on opening day. I knew from the website that concealed carry was allowed. When I got to the metal detectors I informed the lady checking us that I would set off the metal detector due to concealed carry. She simply told me to walk around the detector and show the nearest poli...

Re: New to TX, now the waiting game starts

I will say that although Texas gets a reputation for being the "wild west", the application and this process is anything but. I've moved numerous times in the last 4-5 years, across different states, and I have a feeling that's going to increase the processing time. I am thankful that it'...
