Yes in Texas, so my best bet for now is to apply for a FL non resident?
Getting it expunged should make you eligible for a Texas CHL and might help in job searches.

You can try Florida but be aware of some possible reasons for Ineligibility.

So my certificate is no good then? Is there an expiration date? Also if I expunge it will that make me eligible?

Am I eligible for CHL

I recently completed my deffered adjudication probation for a class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge. Can I acquire my CHL? I already paid and took the class, I don't want to lose out on another 140... I saw that some deffered adjudications are okay to have but I can't find the specific ...
