At the end of the day, if it's an open lot and customers and employees park together with every Tom dick and Harry who wish to park as well,,, the land owner gives up his right to keep guns out

However, if as a land owner, I have a controled lot, and I limit access to who I see fit, I should be able to keep guns out. Just like I support a business owners right to put up a 30.06

Does it stink for the employee? Yep, but they are not required to work there or park in said lot
