Re: Decent Tac Light

A light you’re putting your life on, but won’t spend more than $50? You don’t need a $300 surefire with IR but you could spend $100 on a tlr1 and have a light that you won’t have to worry about. You bought a nice gun, put a good light on it. If you are putting your life on a light in the first plac...

Re: Decent Tac Light

You can also go on Amazon and grab an Nc Star light for under $50. Not the best light by any means, but will get the job done for a night stand gun. Have one on my P250 and it hasn't failed me yet.

Re: What would YOU do?

Ya I have to agree with Tex1961 here. My main priority is to get my family to safety, so I am heading for the nearest safe exit. The only way I am engaging a potential threat is if that threat is between my family and our exit.

Re: TX:The mean streets of Houston

I have always said that I am surprised this hasn't happened on a larger scale yet. Rush hour traffic (or anytime for that matter) in Houston is insane. If someone decided they wanted to stop traffic and just open fire, it would be mass causalities for sure. Scary times out here right now. People nee...

Re: MO: Armed man arrested at Walmart.

This guy was playing a dangerous game for sure. He may have been trying to prove a point, but with everyone on high alert, this could have ended much worse. You have an armed citizen who confronted him and held him until the police arrived. But what if that armed citizen wasn't so calm headed. What ...

Re: Houston area shops

Thanks everyone for the huge amounts of info and input. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be checking all these places out. I have ordered off of Buds in the past and had a good experience. I also do have my newly renewed Mass LTC at the moment, which from what I have been told, is acknow...

Re: Houston area shops

Ah yes good point sir. For the most part, just looking for pistols at the moment. However, I will definitely be working on an AR build as my truck gun since they were illegal in Mass. But for the time being, just looking at getting some pistols. Was able to bring my 2 sigs with me (P320 and P250). W...

Houston area shops

Hey all, new to the forum. Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, so sorry in advance if it is not. I just moved to the Houston area (Katy to be exact) from the wonderful state of Taxachusetts. I am looking to start adding to my collection now that I don't have to worry about all t...
