Wow! Good support by Academy. I'm sure they'll make it right for you. By the way, a good friend of mine has carried his Bersa for about year and loves it, carries CorBon ammo in it. After the first approx. 200 rounds he hasn't had any malfunctions. Keep us posted on the progress of your .380!
