Re: WD40

WD40 even though it is slick, it will remove oil and grease and over time will wear out a part or two because of no oil. We use it to clean grease and oil off of parts as well as removing tar from your vehicles Thank you RP. That joggled my memory. If I'm not mistaken, the "WD" stands for Water Dis...

Thank you. That other one was written in Gibberenglish, and was unreadable.

Re: CHL Renewal

I renewed 6 months before expiration. Received new plastic 15 days later. You must have current LTC "in hand" to carry. Thank you I just wanted to make sure. MPA should still apply though, even though you can’t carry outside your vehicle until you have plastic in hand. PS: I pray for a full recover...

Re: Church shooting in Tarrant County - White Settlement

re: 'Hock's analysis. Was it the best solution? No. Was it the best acceptable solution given that the average church has 1) no money to hire secret service level talent and 2) probably doesn't have secret service level talent among the congregation? Absolutely, especially when the alternative is a...

I don’t get why "LDYJEDI" would be revoked.

Re: Fort Worth's dollar store rules are Bloomberg nanny style!

I’m too tired of fighting this kind of nonsense to care anymore. The world is going to Hades, and Fort Worth—my county seat—appears to be along for the ride. The only way I can cope with this stuff is to disengage, and devote my time, effort, and political donation money to prepping instead for what...

Re: WTS Ruger SP101 .357 . $475 McKinney

AFAIK, all .357 SP101s have 5-shot cylinders.

Also, this model is 5-shot, per Ruger: https://www.ruger.com/products/sp101/sp ... /5719.html.

It seems that only the models chambered in .327 Federal Magnum are 6-shooters.

Re: Is Taurus CS the worst in the Imdustry?

My son's first 1911 (he still has it) was a Taurus PT-1911 that he bought shortly after they first came out. About the same time, I was EDCing a Kimber Ultra Carry II stainless. When I got my Kimber, before I started carrying it, it had repeated malfunctions...like 2-3/magazine...in which it would l...

Get the type 2. The adjustable means you can adjust the brightness of the dot. I prefer a larger dot as I am not shooting a pistol at distances that a larger dot is a negative. Others like John Lovell (Warrior Poet Society if you want to look up his stuff online) prefer the smallest dot. One compet...

It wasn't a missile, it was a fuel tank explosion.
Exactly old wiring running through a fuel tank.
And we know this how? I’m not saying you’re wrong, but given the situation at the time, that would be a heck of a coincidence.
