Re: PA: Teen murdered while watching sunset with girlfriend

This almost had to be intentional. Just look at the picture. The shooter was observed by the girlfriend to be standing behind the closed yellow gate (shown as open in this photo). The victim was standing down at the end of this lane, with a clear shot from the gate to where the victim was standing. ...

Do they not listen to themselves.

Not a good reason for Pence to be there.

Break a tie? Do oh!
Yahoo News are crazy. They called that a "news" article, when what it REALLY was is an editorial article, with a bald faced agenda.

Just losing a lot of weight by itself might help a lot.
My neurosurgeon said that the weight isn’t causative, but it is contributing to the pain.

Re: Railroad commissioner

I’m a libertarian-leaning independent. I’d rather die of strychnine poisoning than vote democrat, but there is some leeway for me between republicans and libertarians. I really just wanted to know something about the libertarian and Republican candidates for Railroad Commissioner.

Ouch, TAM. That looks like a nighttime satellite image of a train derailment. Well, now I know why you're no longer 6'4". Prayers that it gets no worse and that you can manage it going forward. Did the doc say that stenosis is on the horizon, or is that already here, too? Stenosis is already there ...

The main reason why I have not yet invested in a plate carrier and plates: E1C27CEE-B1FF-498A-8FC5-F589F0165C70.jpeg I can barely stand the weight of my shoulder holster or my lightweight chest rig. Heck, I can’t walk to my car without considerable pain. There’s no way in hades that I can bear the w...

Railroad commissioner

I can’t figure out where else to stick this..... Who do you guys like for Railroad Commissioner, and why? There’s no way on God's green earth that I’d vote for either a democrat or green party member, but Matt Sterett answers no policy questions, and while I might agree with some of James Wright's a...

Re: I said something stupid

One Saturday morning I was cleaning the gutters, my wife was puttering around the front garden. Two guys came up my driveway and were being friendly until they started their selling talk. I told them there was no soliciting in the community, signs are posted when entering. The older of the two said...

Re: Infographic: Covid vs other pandemics in history

Smallpox is grossly misleading, as the numbers were inconsequential during its last 50 years, i.e., only a literal handful of people alive today know what treating it is like. Many more than a "literal handful" of people know what it was like. I'm 67 and I had to get it. My sister (8 years my junio...

Re: "School Sponsored" scope....

I can’t believe that that’s an accurate interpretation of the law. That would mean that a school could commandeer any location they wanted to and automatically abrogate the rights of people who were there first. That’s bull. It would seem to me that the venue would have to actively participate in th...

Re: stag arms stag -10

I've used a Blue Force Gear Vickers sling for years. I usually attach mine using 550 cord to the front of my rifles (if I don't have a mounting point) and just thread it through the rear. The main reason I like them, is that they are quick adjust so I can tighten or loosen the sling up quickly. Whe...

Re: Honey Badger "temporarily" ok again

I agree. As a person, Trump is very difficult to like. I see him as a good wall against the extreme left. His court picks as a whole have all been good. IMHO... his arrogance just makes me cringe. I am beginning to like Ted Cruz as a nominee for the 2024 elections. It would be interesting to see if...
