The court struck down New York's requirement for applicants to turn over their social media identities, which the state was trying to include in the "good moral character" requirement. It was struck down on a 1st Amendment basis … which is the correct decision. Had they not struck it down, New York would make sure that nobody but the most politically correct lefties would ever get a carry license.
