Got my plastic yesterday.
So here's my timeline:

28 Oct 2007 - took the CHL class
2 Nov 2007 - mailed application
7 Nov 2007 - delivery confirmed
26 Nov 2007 - received PIN, checked online status = "Processing Application"
3 Dec 2007 - received letter, more info needed
7 Dec 2007 - i provided the ...

After 5 long months, my status was updated to "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active". Waiting for plastic now.

I think I am now the old man here. Here is my timeline:

I see a lot of strange waiting time. My son and I went to school Jan 6. I mailed my application to the DPS Jan 10. I mailed my sons application Jan 12. Both with return receipts. Both receipts returned within a few days of mailing. I had speed bump and had to send more information for my ...

Yeah, I still got you beat. But call and speak to someone again today. That has been known to help.

I was essentially 120 days and everything was right the first time on my app.
