I got the plastic TODAY!!!!! 24 day to get my PIN form DPS getting my appication. 70 total days until "Application complete...Issued or active...". 74 days total for plastic in hand. Used regular USPS, sent a cashiers check with the application, and had NO bumps along the way.

Got mine today to. 74 days. What would be the general opinion of a "Cynthia Woods Pavillion - Roger Waters" wally walk? Las I heard, you could carry there, but not sure now.

Well, I see from the posts that the DPS has 30 days to assign an agent, and another 60 days to process it. Add another 30 days if no visible action on their part. This makes 120 days.
