Don't know about squirrels, but I always hunted rabbits only after the first hard freeze in the fall. Supposedly, the sick/diseased ones were killed by the freeze, leaving the healthy ones around.

I do remember that in years past, my DL had PO box and street address on it. I renewed DL last December and new DL
only had street address on it.

Have had CHL about 1-1/2 years and it only has street address on it.

I've had the same PO Box for 20 years. Also lived at the same physical address for close to that. My DL and CHL both
have my physical address on them (no po box shown). Since my PO box is my mailing address, both DL and CHL were
mailed to the PO box (had sticker on envelope w/PO box #).

I use an Uncle Mike's Sidekick size 3 for my Mark II. Its made to slip your belt through. I just use a seperate belt so I don't have to hassle with the belt I'm wearing. Makes it easy to get on and off. My Mark II is about 10 inches long overall and fits

I also agree that a stick or pepper spray might be better than using a gun. I wouldn't consider a running dog to be a threat.
If the dog has stopped running and has its jaws clamped around any of my body parts or my dog's head, then I would consider it a threat and would take appropriate action ...

The rules and regulations posted around the lake say no firearms allowed, CHL holders included. There are exceptions during legal hunting seasons...migratory bird, deer etc. Of course, this would also pertain to long guns and not pistols.
