wow...that's nuts! I think I'd give it another week or so and then place the call to my rep's office. I don't think they are legit in "restarting" the 60 day count down.

a good quality product at a good price with great customer service to back it up. the way all business should operate!

I've contacted my Rep. and also sent the info along to several other CHL holders I know of. wouldn't it be nice to have this double standard removed!
