My status changed early this morning to "Application Completed- License issued or certificate active". RELIEF!!!!!

Technically a January applicant--- have been well past the 100 day mark overall--- the status may change soon for the better. Wish me luck-- I need it TONY

JIM thanks. And , can you use less than .32 cal if the backup is chosen in Texas or other state allowing backup?

Experts on CHL rules; a question-------- Let's say you are carrying a .32 caliber or higher handgun as primary, are you authorized to carry a backup pistol in say .22 LR or Magnum? Some of the NAA 's such as PUG and BLACKWIDOW appear to be a deep concealable backup JIC you need the little buck out ...

I am very thrilled for you guys-- I should be about 3 weeks from now ( 102 days ) predicting if the fingerprints have finally made it through the approval levels

Thanks for the info here on this thread. I just did fingerprints a third time. The first was ink, then Seguin PD LIFESCAN, AND FINALLY( I hope) -- Fast L1 in Austin. DPS did not say why the prints were not satisfactory. I'll stay in touch-- TONY
