Since hospitals have to be posted to be off limits, there is no practical difference between the two.

Short answer is nothing changed in regard to CC if you are inside a 30.07 posted location.

Given the lack of exact verbiage in the penal code for the Spanish text I would never risk the legality of a sign on the wording of the Spanish text.
