I've already taken the class. The instructor said that we should add the L# to our existing paper work and after signing the app mail everything back to DPS...

Finally received my packed (18 days) after registering on line. Is the L# that is required for the picture card located in the upper right corner of the Application? That is the only ( L) I can find ...

Thanks to everyone for the info -- I was billed on the CC the day I filed the App.
