Thanks for all the links for dog trailer stuff. Those are really cool. I do have a touring bike, big Goldwing with a Bushtec hitch already.

Re: GA: First GA School System To Arm Teachers

I've been thinking about this a little. My thoughts are that we need to stop saying that we're "arming teachers." We need to say that we are allowing teachers to be armed or carry concealed if they want and meet the requirements of the school district or whatever, but I think we need to stop saying ...

Sad. Very sad! Sucks really!!!

Massive Sarcasm alert. Good thing she had that restraining order!

I wonder if we'll find out she was waiting for her background check or 7-10 days to be able to get her own firearm.

Re: TX: anti gun New Yorker moves here

Karma will bite her one day. It always does. I'me imagining how and I foresee her daughter growing up and buying her own gun when she's old enough and eventually getting her LTC. Then she'll have to decide if they scare her more than she wants to see her own daughter. Or her daughter's husband will ...

Re: 1911 Bug bites again. Which one?

I bought the Competition from Grab-A-Gun on Veterans Day last week and picked it up yesterday. Many thanks to DocV for posting the Grab-A-Gun info because I thought I'd looked there and thought they didn't have one. I ended up getting it for almost $200 less than what I was anticipating based on the...

Re: This is How Custer Must Have Felt

I have not hunted hogs yet, but have considered this scenario often if I ever get to. I'm considering climbing the tree before the first shot and then waiting out the insanity of the scrambling and any charging that might ensue. How do some of you experienced hog hunters think something like that m...

Re: LTC License Validation Website

I'm not entering my number into that thing since I know it's valid. However, for those that have, after you enter it what happens? Does it only indicate validity or does it also give any other personal information? If it does I don't like that AT ALL. It won't take long for someone to set something ...

Re: Forum members dog poll

No more dogs because we want to start traveling on the bike a bit more and dogs are a little more difficult to accommodate. Especially when large. See, now that's why God invented the sidecar!!! (I REALLY need to make a sidecar for my best bud) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyLw7iYVlo8 All kinds ...

Some of the comments from that article are pretty funny. Cocaine Pancho is one. I think Pancho Montana would be good for an AKA.

Re: Forum members dog poll

Currently, it's only one male GSD. His sister passed earlier this year. We've had as many as 6 Rotties in the house at one time when we were fostering as part of DFW Rottie Rescue, but only two were ours. The most we've had at one time that were ours was 4 after we were done with the rescue. Two Rot...

No person may possess a rifle or pistol for shooting on or over the water of Murvaul Lake in Panola County. Tex. Parks & Wild. Code § 283.022. ⤴︎ On or OVER? Now we can’t even fly over the water?
