Re: Personal Body Camera
Gotta admit I’m just a little bit surprised that after 95 views there hasn’t been one person with any opinion or experience with a body camera.

Re: Charlie Kirk Shot
Sad and angry all at the same time.
As bad as it is, going after a president I understand. I don’t agree with it, but …
But Charlie Kirk?! He wasn’t in political office and had no power except to speak the truth. This is senseless surprisingly upsetting me more and more as the day goes on.

Personal Body Camera
I need some advice on a good body camera.
Some features that I think I’d like are:
1. At least 1080p and maybe even 4K video.
2. Audio
3. Removable MicroSD card at least 128G up to 256G.
4. At least 6hr recording unless the memory card can be easily swapped out.
Any more than that is a plus. A ...

Re: WW2 Museum New Orleans Concealed Carry
Maybe it is just my distrust over what happened at The ate as State Fair many years ago with that Platinum Security bunch claiming they needed to document my information. Then the officer I did show my license to agreed with me and would not allow them to document any of my information. That group ...

Re: WW2 Museum New Orleans Concealed Carry
I would have objected to them recording my name or saving any information about me carrying. They’ve seen my license. That should be enough.

I wonder if that could render her ineligible for her office and vacate any or all of the cases she presided over. Probably not, but one could hope.RoyGBiv wrote: Thu Apr 17, 2025 12:53 pm And... If she claimed primary residence in VA she would be ineligible to serve as AG in NY. Karma is a female dog.

How about that! I may go back to the State Fair again and take the Grandkids.

I forgot he took her place. I was thinking it was that idiot Crockett. She sure seems to be taking up the insanity seat left behind by Lee.

Re: Minnesota Supreme Court Rules a vehicle on a Road is a Public Space!
By that logic, your house is a public place if it fronts on a street.
Hypothetical case: You are in your motor home. Let's say you park your RV in a post office parking lot (which is a public place). If you take a shower in your RV, are you committing public indecency by being nude in a public ...

Re: Just asking- how does this happen- US nuke aircraft carrier collided with large merchant ship
My squadron was always on the USS Constellation when I was in and the only ships I can recall being within mile or two while operating at sea were while doing unreps. Every other time we saw another ship it seemed more than several lengths of our ship away.
I hope that skipper enjoyed his time in.

Re: Federal Judge Strikes Down Machine Gun Ban?
I’ve never really wanted anything full-auto, but a three round burst might be nice. I doubt I’ll see anything affordable in my lifetime.
I guess you don't agree with the old saying that happiness is belt-fed?
Not at all. Belt-fed would be great if I could keep it well fed. However, just like ...

Whoa!
I’ve never really wanted anything full-auto, but a three round burst might be nice. I doubt I’ll see anything affordable in my lifetime. Too many things have to happen before they overturn some horrible laws and prices come down and new can be obtained.
