I hear what you are saying and I certainly understand the standpoint. I know it shouldn't cause any problems but you never can tell. According to DPS statutes, don't they have 60 days to approve, deny, or at least give notice as to why licenses haven't been issued? Wouldn't those still waiting after 90 days be automatically denied if the DPS fails to notify them?
