Well Aladinbama, you sure busted my bubble this morning. But thanks for the heads up.

I just stated that Texas was a shall issue state, and that after over 120 days they could not find a reason to deny me why had I not received my CHL? There was a little more to it, but it was through their web site and I do not have the exact text.
