I agree 100% and if the other guy really did bear false witness, I hope he enjoys the heat.Charles L. Cotton wrote:It doesn't matter that the suit was filed before Chris died, Ventura didn't drop the suit when he was killed. I hope he finds obscurity a very lonely place.

Re: House Committees Announced
Another 2+2 years wasted?
Sure looks that way.
Although I'm not pleased at this point, don't write off the entire session. My plan is to try to get you folks to turn up the heat at the appropriate time so everyone, our own Reps, the House leadership, everyone, knows we are aware of what happened ...

Re: MT shooting video
Are police really getting shot over $100 speeding tickets? Because there are cases where police have walked in on robberies in progress in restaurants and convenience stores.
The short answer is Yes.
The long answer is that they are getting shot during stops that, as far as the officer knows ...

Re: What's wrong with increasing the Minimum wage?
I think perhaps you're assuming the motivation for increasing the minimum wage is economic ignorance. I don't believe it is. All the effects of increasing the minimum wage benefit the left: the ignorant think the Dems are on their side; those who get raises and keep their jobs think the Dems did ...

If you are suggesting that you have never broken a single law, well, I'll just agree to disagree. For the record, I never condoned any misbehaving nor did I say everyone has a criminal record (which was actually part of my original point)... I did say I think that everyone has committed a crime ...

Re: Shoot back at LEOs
Back when I worked in the ER, I recall a PPD officer telling me that all emergency vehicles were limited to 45 mph on surface streets.....as that was the maximum allowed speed limit anywhere in the city. In other words, even running code 3, the responding officer could go 45 in a 45 zone, and he ...

I don't know if I missed something but can you show me where a CHL holder is covered under MPA in the law?
A better question is can you show where a CHL holder is excluded from the MPA law, especially if the plastic is not in their possession so 46.15 doesn't apply? There's still a requirement to ...
