Concur with CompVest. If you fire a couple of mags twice a week you will develop permanent thumb knuckle scar tissue. Mine is all crusty and gnarled, and I am proud of it. If you go to the range I go to, when they see a shooter with a bandage on that knuckle, they smirk and declaim loudly for all to hear "Another PF-9 owner!"
