Re: Costco prohibit carry - No signs posted

As I have no duty to respond to that employees question at all, never mind truthfully , I would have simply said I accept your apology for bumping into me, and please don't touch my colostomy bag again. And walked on.

Re: Isn’t this illegal

I think the listing is missing the word "shroud" or the seller really has no idea what a barrel is .

The gun has a $700 new price tag, good luck to him getting $2k for it.

Re: AG Opinion Request RQ-0341-KP Restrict Sale of Guns

Dustin Burrows is an A-rated Republican and he's on our side. He's wants to get an AG opinion to head off any attempts by Democrats. Chas. THANK YOU, I was confused for sure on the reasoning and more so why Dustin Burrows specifically would make this request. I can only assume he followed the state...

Re: DPS unveils new design for LTC card

One last question on the card please. What is the reasoning behind not being able to have it on your phone (not carrying physical card)? You can have your credit card on it, why not driver lic or LTC? Great forum. Now understand why LTC not built into driver license. A picture of something on your ...

Re: TX: No place but Austin

"AUSTIN, Texas — January saw numerous violent crimes in Austin, ending with a stabbing downtown." Im sure most here have heard one version or another of; "The old sheriff was attending an awards dinner when a lady commented on his wearing his sidearm. 'Sheriff, I see you have your pistol. Are you ex...

Re: suppressor

For an existing suppressor you will need an NFA tax stamp to take possession. You can apply as an individual, a trust*, or corporation. Most eligible gun shops will do the paperwork for you. There's no registration w/ the state of Texas. The chief law enforcement officer of the county (or state) wh...

Re: Fort Worth's dollar store rules are Bloomberg nanny style!

I don't know what a food desert is The reach being made with some real facts being added is, low income people are using the very local, on ever corner dollar general and like type stores to source their daily food from. As such, instead of going to HEB and buying 1lb of ground beef, 1 can of tomat...

Re: Today I sent a complement to the Trooper that cited me

I thought I had posted after speaking to Trooper Nix, but I guess not. Getting a hold of the Trooper was more involved then I had assumed it would be. For obvious reason they don't hand out trooper phone numbers, but they also dont let troopers call citizens directly . The Trooper has an operator ca...

Re: Today I sent a complement to the Trooper that cited me

Your insurance information should be in the State database and they can look it up. I have been stopped and my insurance app wouldn't let me log in. Has never been a problem as long as you actually have insurance. Yes it SHOULD pull up on the state database, but it might not due to human or compute...
