I'm about to send this in, but I'm unclear on the checklist needed for the renewal. I only see a checklist for an initial application.

I have the following:

Fingerprints on the white card with blue outlines
Two passport photos in the little holders
The "Photo Holder", with my signature at the ...

Basically asks whether you agree or disagree with the bill that would allow CHL's to carry on campuses.

I have to wonder if this will affect Texas CHL holders who can currently use our CHL's as a substitute for the NICS background check when buying a gun.

I ask because I have a common name, and have always been delayed by NICS before getting my Texas CHL. This has cost me a few good deals on used ...

If what I've heard is true, the Taco Cabana signs aren't legally binding, since they don't meet the size requirements.

I ate at a Taco Cabana once. The food didn't impress me enough to return for a second try.

I figured they'd probably arrest you for it if they caught you. Quite an inconvenience, and it's easier to simply avoid those places completely.

It is interesting that they can do this without the state doing something about it.
