Re: Store Owner Charged with Attempted Murder

Theft in the nighttime? :confused5 (Texas law question) A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangible, movable property: (1) if he would be justified in using force against the other under Section 9.41 ;  and (2) when and to the degree he reasonably believes...

Re: Borat Pwned

Shoulda played along and had him fill out a 4473 with his false name and ID.

Re: Plutonium theft

No argument that this is BAD. But what terrible reporting to not be clear that the sample calibration disc quantity was way, way too small to make a bomb, and to fail to discuss the potential (big? Small?) for exposure ramifications should the perps manage to turn the stolen material into a dirty bo...

Re: Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Upholds Injunction Against Confiscating Magazines Greater than 10 Rounds

It's a conspiracy. The 9th doesn't want to be the circuit that sends up a case that allows a Kavanaugh - Gorsuch court to declare state level gun control laws to be unconstitutional.

Re: Progressives trying to recruit "Gilbert".

I ignored it because they are phishing texted. If they get a response they'll start pinging you with SPAM texts and ads. It like the emails that say " Please confirm that you unsubscribed to this mailing list." DO NOT RESPOND! just flag it as SPAM and let the email filters take care of it. This. :i...

Israel significantly relaxes gun license regulations

Do we have an "Other Countries" sub forum? Sorry if I missed it. Israel significantly relaxes gun license regulations "Sending the citizens of Israel to protect themselves with pizza trays, selfie sticks, guitars and umbrellas is a crime of the state against its citizens. A law abiding citizen, who ...

Re: Unmask Antifa Act

Wearing a mask or other disguise while committing a crime makes identification of a criminal next to impossible. Why do some of you want to protect people who are engaging in criminal activity? Are you that anti-government? Wearing a mask is not like passing a law that tells criminals to obey the l...

Re: ANTHONY KENNEDY IS RETIRING!

Napolitano on Kavanaugh. Filling The Swamp Now he has given us a nominee to the highest court in the land who typifies the culture he railed against when he claimed he'd drain the swamp. This man and this culture accept cutting holes in the Fourth Amendment because they don't believe that it should ...

Re: Unmask Antifa Act

If you are breaking the law anyway, it does not matter if you also have a mask on your face. It is like passing a law that criminals have to obey the law. I'm on this train too. Mask law is unnecessary. Just enforce existing law. What if I have a cold and I'm wearing a hospital mask, then somebody ...
