Re: Corona Virus (2019-nCoV) from China: Its going to be bad.

I can’t speak to the actual numbers of infected or killed, if this is true it would be a very bad sign. These next few weeks will be quite telling about the direction this will go. Once a large enough population is infected in China I have to believe that there will be MANY more infected showing up ...

Re: Corona Virus (2019-nCoV) from China: Its going to be bad.

So let me preface that I am not an expert but I know a bit about viruses and communicable diseases (I hold degrees in biology and biochemistry). Corona viruses are relatively common amongst humans. We have likely all been infected before as they account for about 1/3 of all “colds” in humans. This “...

There is a use for a barbeque gun.

Haha. Yeah, it could have gone down differently. “Man draws his pristine Cabot 1911 on suspected robber but decides not to shoot as it would greatly affect the firearms value.”

Love mine. It’s my frequent “round the house” gun. Bout 2k rounds down the pipe and 100%. For its tiny size it is incredibly accurate.

Re: Glock Killer ?

I recommend the P99, I loved my PPQ but was never completely comfortable carrying it with its trigger. The P99 solved this for me.

https://i.imgur.com/7Bg6zyh.jpg My “Glock Killer,” well...not really as I will always love my Glocks. But this is my appendix carry piece. Not sure you can find another da/SA in this weight and size with this good a single action trigger. The double action is heavy but doesn’t stack and I like it’s...

Re: Lack of situational awareness + no plan to act

Eh, the minibike thing could probably have been solved with adult discussion...at the least a LEO call in. I used to ride my dirt bike in the street in my neighborhood, it was kinda normal back then in my part of town. Not legal but not the end of the world. Of course, there is always a bit more to ...

Hmmm; interesting indeed. Seems more 1911 than cz. When I think CZ the first things that come to my kind are internal rails and good hinged triggers. Intriguing none the less.

Re: Sug Sauer 938 Questions

https://i.imgur.com/z3hKxVU.jpg Mine gets pocket carried a lot in a nemesis or recluse holster. Some people feel that cocked and locked pocket carry is a bit dangerous but I would argue it is a matter or perspective. The 938 has a good 1911 ish trigger, heavy but crisp. Mine is probably 6-7 lbs. No...

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry

https://i.imgur.com/7Bg6zyh.jpg This is one that I’ve always wanted. Been carrying it a lot and I have to say that I love it. I had a PPQ that was a fantastic handgun, one that I shot better than any other. I could not get used to carrying it with its wonderful trigger. It gave me the Heeebie-jeebi...

Don’t think you can shoot yourself in the testicle with a 9; pretty sure you end up removing it.
