However it's not a fast draw issue for me. The situation dictates what, and how, I wear my clothes. So far the only times I've had to put my hand on my weapon I had a couple of seconds warning to get under my cover garment. In 15 years I've actually drawn only once, and I did not have to fully present.
Be comfortable. Be discreet. And maintain your situational awareness. The world is not the OK Corral.
