Re: Gun Belt Help
I second The Belt Man. For a dressier belt, I've been eyeing a Kore Essentials X1 or X2 belt. I'm drawn to the near infinite adjustment. http://www.koreessentials.com/gun-belts

Re: What Is / Are Your CCW Gun(s)?
Day to day is a G19 but on days I go to the range I carry a G32 converted to .40.

Re: OC holster
I second the Safariland 7TS series. I picked up the one for my Glock 19 that has both the paddle and belt loops from Amazon. Very smooth and natural draw and release from the retention.

Re: Ham Call Signs In Profile
Hey *****! Good to hear from you! I'd probably recognize you immediately if I saw you, remembering the old AARC days. A lonnnggggg time ago! I'm not active on any of the ham bands and haven't been for some time. I need to get back into the swing of things.
I pass by the office(or where it used ...

Re: Ham Call Signs In Profile
I was fortunate enough for THE W5YI VEC to give me a part time job grading papers at his house here. It turned into a full time job, and it was so much fun while it lasted. Gordon & Fred collaborated on many training manuals & tapes, & I was privileged enough to debut them at the Dayton Ham ...

Re: What is your night stand gun?
Nightstand gun is whichever Glock wasn't my carry choice that day. Carry gun stays in the holster attached to the last pair of pants I wore that day, other one gets nightstand duty. I have a 19 loaded with 124gr HST's and a 32 swapped to a .40 loaded with 180gr HST's and a TLR-1 I swap between the 2 ...

Seeking info on training orgnization
I've finally decided to get some training above and beyond standing at a static piece of paper that only moves when the A/C at the range is on full throttle.

Re: OWB help please!
I sometimes wear the Galco M7X Matrix. It snaps over your belt and holds the gun close to the body. It's open on the bottom so it works with the 19 and the 26. They surprisingly have decent retention also.

Reason #657,915,368 that I won't go to Walmart unarmed. Hope it ends quickly and peacefully.

Re: Renewals
From a quick glance, this looked to be the most recent thread regarding renewals.
I submitted my renewal on 5/4 and got the plastic today(5/23). Much quicker than I expected. Figured I'd pass on some good news.

I call this mysterious because I don't know how the gun just woke up and decided to fire while holstered.

Re: Glock with identity issue
I'm not knowledgeable enough to know the why, but the Glocks are the only guns I own that have the SN on the barrel. I believe my 1911, P225, and M&P only have the SN on the frame(could be wrong on those, don't have them in front of me). Glocks are my primary carry weapon so they get the most face ...

Re: Glock with identity issue
Ah ha. I'm such a NFA rookie that I completely mis-read the new rules. Thanks for clearing it up. I had always had in the back of my mind to do a trust anyway. My research has begun on suppressors. Thanks guys.
