Most of the replies so far have addressed the authority of a business owner to tell you to leave and I don't think anyone disputed this. But, regarding the OP's second scenario, who in a government owned arena that is illegally posted would have the authority to ask you to leave? The ticket puncher ...

What about an IWB holster uncovered? It is a belt holster but only the belt loops and the firearm sticking out above shows.
This could easily be mistaken as just tucked in the belt.

I left Viewpoint Bank because of their anti-gun policy. Found a great bank right here in Farmersville that is very gun friendly.

Speaking of Veteran on a CHL I just renewed my Dl and I did not take DD214 or Discharge to get my renewal DL I showed my CHL which has Veteran on it and was told they will not accept it as proof of Veteran status :rules: and guess what my new Dl does not have Veteran on it. :headscratch
