The real madness is the media jumping up and down, claiming that the ER blocking didn't happen.

Why wouldn't he just offer the reward outright? If he is truly interested in justice...

$6M for bail seems about right. It is "unfortunate" that he doesn't feel safe in a jail manned by the same people he hates and wants to kill. I hope that he thinks about that all night, ever night.
