Death of a child

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Death of a child

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

Keep this family in your prayers. I cannot imagine the level of their grief. Father, comfort these people and give them the strength to survive.

Lord, be a balm in Gilead to this poor family.

Very Very Sad! God has a plan and His ways is not ours. I pray that the Holy Spirit (The Comforter) will comfort this family and give them the peace that He can only give.

I'll give my daughter an extra long hug when she gets home today.

This is horrible. I was afraid of this outcome when I heard they were looking for her.

The closest I've come is when my daughter was 1 year old, she had a grand mal seizure in my arms. Stopped breathing, turned blue, totally unconscious. I had no idea what was happening. Scariest moment of my life.

Prayers for this family.

There are no words to describe the depth of grief they must be experiencing. May God grant them peace.

This hit close to home. I am at the same marina, 3 piers over. The rules are all children must wear flotation devices when on the docks. She didnt have to drown. The dad just may face some charges.

There are no words to express the grief and pain the family is experiencing. I know that grief first hand. My prayers go out to the child, the Mom & Dad, family friends & loved ones. May the child be lifted up unto the hands of the Lord. May God give them strength to endure the unendurable, in their hour of need. Amen.
