Since I quit deer hunting, I look back on my deer hunting time and wish I'd taken more advantage of the different meats I overlooked like: Tongue/Heart/Liver
I left them in the gut pile.
Now, that I've watched some cooking shows, I've been educated on how good those meats are, sigh...
Do you harvest any of that good stuff?
