Be sure you get the 6.0. 425 horses. Imagine if you put a supercharger on that! But we digress, have to get back to talking guns and CHL before this becomes a muscle car board!

They are thinking about the new 6.4L (505HP) or the newer 6.6L / 519 HEMI which is real close to 600HP for the Challenger. Imagine SC'n that, headers, new tune.....oh man the possibilities!

But as for guns.....I'll need something to protect it so its still on topic-ish.

Reintroduction

Post by dws1117 »

This may seem different but I'd like to reintroduce myself since I've been away from the board for a while and a lot has changed since my first introduction back on page 1 of this thread. There has been an explosion of new members while I've been away.

Age: 35
Gender: Male
Profession/school status: Stagehand
Marital status: Married. We have 2 kids A 16 month old daughter and a 5 year old son. The boy has a CZ .22 youth rifle that was a 5th birthday present from his Grandfather.
Years CHL: 2 years
Carry guns/equipment: Currently alternating between a full sized Springfield Mil-spec in .45ACP and a Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail also in .45ACP. There is always a Kel Tec P3AT in .380 in my front pocket. The 1911's are carried in a Tucker leather HF-1. I am waiting on a Comptac Infidel.

I look forward to participating again and renewing some old friendships.

That will be great & be sure to bring jbird too. From the above, he must like burgers. I now have the dog drill so that it is a charging dog. That is tough shooting.

That sounds like a fun drill! I would love to try it sometime when I am in the neighborhood.

Just want to give everyone a wave and say Hi!

I'll work on getting my profile put together and post pics of my carry rig in the next few days

in the meantime:
Carry Rig 1:
SIG 229
Sharkskin Milt Sparks VMII w/ matching shark belt and mag pouch

Carry Rig 2:
Taurus Millennium
Kramer IWB2 w/ Galco Ranger belt

Common accessories:
Emerson Commander
Pentagon X3
MoFo(ne)
and a tuned AR (along with it's obligatory mag stash) in my "get around"

had my CHL since they first came out (95-96??). I got one of the first packets that showed up in Lubbock (where I lived at the time).
