These are my EDC, without the holsters. If you've seen one Glock you've seen em all. Why Glocks? Because they work every time.

JDJ - your tag line brigs back a lot of memories.

"Those of you who think you know everything, are annoying those of us who do."

That was my Dad's saying. I have an old picture of him standing at his desk and pointing at the camera and that line is printed underneath the photo.

He actually did come pretty close to knowing it all, at least it seemed that way to me as a kid, and even more so as an adult. He's been gone a long time so thanks for triggering a memory.

Hey, do me a favor when you shoot that P238, and report back. One of the things that have kept me away from it is the fact that the hammer WILL fall from the 1/4 cocked position if the trigger is pressed with the safety ON. I know that in true 1911 style you will probably carry "cocked and locked," but unlike a true 1911 the Sig and it's predecessor, the Colt Mustang, will allow the safety to be On in that position. I do not know if the hammer will fall with enough force to fire the weapon, but it concerned me enough to avoid it until I knew for sure. I'd sure like to know. Thanks
Well I kept forgetting to try that when I was at the range, but I remembered today. It will NOT fire when dropped from the 1/4 cocked position. I tried three times and neither one would even make a mark on the primer. Just thought I'd let you know...

Just kidding, I'll post my daily carry after I have my plastic.
