Are you being sarcastic? I saw no evidence it was a cop car.

They also left out that was what started the California wildfires.

I should of said, it's some kind of official car. At 97 seconds, you can see the spotlight on the driverside, but there is also a baby seat in the back. It may be a surplus vehicle, but it looks to new.
