Welcome Richard!

Go with the 229 in .40, you will LOVE that gun. I also have a Sig 226 platinum elite, a 220 carry equinox, a 228, GSR Revolution, but i love my 229 the most.

I've seen a couple on Sigforum.com classifieds for sale recently (used, but non-CPO) for 550-600 range, maybe you want to give that a shot too.

Turns out it was a P226, still want in anyway. I will have it in my hands 2 weeks from this Thursday.

Well it has been one month so far and not a peep from DPS. But on the bright side I will be picking up my new gun this weekend :hurry:
