That's correct. Harris County and several counties that border it.

Actually I'm in Dallas, but I just took the $50 as a generic number that probably represented the highest end of inspection fees.

UPDATE:

Since I have the day off today...I do work pretty hard for these Fridays... :mrgreen:

I'll be running over to the Constables office to pick up a copy of the "report"...

It will cost me $4.00 :blowup

I will make sure I dis-arm myself... :thumbs2: :smilelol5: "rlol"

I'm just curious to see how many citations were actually written up on this guy...

- no ID

- no current insurance

- failure to control speed and vehicle causing a TA...

Anyone got any other ideas???

hehehe, this is kinda fun dispite all the obvious frustrations involved with this...

You guys ought to see the ugly rental vehicle I'm driving now while the truck is being repaired...

No registration. No inspection. No seat belt. DWI.
