Good post.

For those that had the treat of watching me attempt wounded/malfunction drills with G.C. Montgomery at the PSC forum day...it was proof that this fat boy needs both hands to rack the slide!! I think it took me about ten minutes to get that puppy cleared with the back of my leg.

He told me to use the table or my holster and all of my thoughts went from learning survival tactics to "this freakin sights costs a hundred bucks, I don't want to bang it on the table"!

I can imagine so many ways that one of your hands might be full of bad guy...at least the initial shots can be taken if no malfunction occurs when one is carried in the chamber. I think that it is a horrible disadvantage to carry any other way.

Patriot-I was not trying to offend.....just wanted to share my opinion. I would not trust anything that did not cover the trigger!

I have a number of semi-auto's 11 different makers that I can think of right off the bat, the two that I am most likely to drop in a pocket or stick in my pant's, trigger uncovered and feel really safe with are the Bersa and Tomcat, hammer down, double action and safety on, the Bersa safety locks the hammer at 1/4 cock, disengages the trigger. and would be double action even without the safety.

Patriot is safer with that holster than when I Mexican Carry and I might do that sometime with any of my gun's.

I agree ElGato. With the Bersa, this holster is not a problem. I like it.

I was simply sharing a GOOD holster .... that's all! If you don't like it.... don't buy it. I never even imagined I'd get this response. Foolish me I guess.

I didn't mean to jump on you... I like the way the holster rides. If it covered the trigger I'd buy one.

I stuff my Bersa 9 UC in my pants fairly routinely. Makes me feel like a happy Yaqui.
