Ofc. Juan Obregon
Officer Juan E. Obregon Jr., age 33, suffered a gunshot wound to his leg and is in stable condition. Officer Obregon has been with the department for 10 years and is a member of the Tactical Response Unit (SWAT)

Visiting is Weds night and the funeral will be Thursday AM. I do not want to hear about any complaints that they shut down traffic, did a motorcade, ect!

News saying it was a soldier that murdered this officer and shot another... :smash:

Central Texas authorities have identified a Fort Hood soldier as the gunman who killed a police officer during an exchange of gunfire.

Killeen police said Tuesday that 24-year-old Dustin Cole was armed with an AK-47 assault weapon when he fatally shot officer Robert Hornsby, who died early Sunday morning.

Killeen has certainly had its share of tragedy over the years, and I wish them the best.

Let;s hope the antis don't run with this, especially as far as veteran's rights.
