I would like to see that in slow motion. He seems to drop straight down, which would indicate spinal cord or brain stem injury to me.

I will try to vid cap it.

This was in Denver...how did a bad guy get a gun? I wonder how many rounds he had in his magazine...

I saw a police buddy of mine demo taking out a bad guy in a similar sutuation...using a shotgun. The right guy with training and the right gun can do some incredible things.

OK, editing the video down to the moment the shot happens and replaying it over and over, there is a cloud of "vapor" concurrent with the shot which would indicate lower head/upper neck.
