Hassle at Lakeline Mall

Re: Hassle at Lakeline Mall
Excellent.
I went to Big Trouble in Little China, and John Carpenter wrote a letter for the host to read to us :) Several people were seeing it for the first time, which was just cool.
One of my all time favorites, along with Tremors. Just vastly under-appreciated movies.

Yeah, it would be nice to have a good lawyer on retainer.rtschl wrote:I go past non-compliant signs. Statute is clear and precise on what is required. Not saying I would beat the ride though...

To me, 30.06 sign translates to we don't want your money.

Concealed is concealed? Technically an option, but if the sign is legally valid I personally would not consider it one. Or is there another one I missed? :)AlaskanInTexas wrote:... Yea, I don't want to be in front of a jury arguing that I determined the lettering to be slightly too small on my way in...

I was shocked by this post. . . you mean to tell me that malls are still a thing?

It doesn't matter if they have an exterior entrance. A tenant can post a 30.06 sign unless their lease prohibits it.CoffeeNut wrote:Are individual stores allowed to post 30.06 even if the mall itself doesn't post? I would think that if the mall doesn't have a specific concealed weapons policy in the lease agreement that it is basically a free for all for those that have exterior entrances.

Blee. I hate malls with a passion & avoid them like the plague or Ebola. Traffic sucks & they are too crowded for my taste. I won't see a movie at the theatre either.
