I always keep at least 3/4 tank of fuel. I can get 800 miles on a full tank. I'll give the guy a nice ride if I'm followed, but never to my home.

I think I'd be perceiving that as an act of aggression and a threat. Don't think I would have let them get to the window to have a conversation myself, but its easy to Monday morning things.
The guy could have followed him briefly to tell him he had a low rear tire, his gas flap was open with the cap hanging down, or some other innocent reason. Sometimes an aggressive defense is the best course. I think OP did a great job in this scenario..
Wasn't suggesting he didn't, in fact I said I thought he handled it well - Just suggesting I would have taken it alot differently. I've seen some scenario/road rage videos, and the take away from me, is you never let them get to your window, if they intend to do harm to you, that is not where I want the encounter to start. Just my .02¢

Its a tough call "in the moment" and could have gone a completely different path, i consider myself lucky it went as well as it did. Future change wont be driving wifes car for family errands so she wont be targeted when i am not around. I think maybe a bit more aggressive from the start instead of waiting to see. Just not sure how police would respond to me confronting a guy that was "just evangelizing to me".
