Manifesto found, apparently big plans for mass death, duct tape, zip ties, etc in back pack. He planned to get a gun from the responding police, by making the floor slippery with petroleum jelly. Although CNN is not mentioning it and saying the attack was not political or religious, other sources are saying the Manifesto used the "A" word once or twice.
