I think their whole point is that they don't "feel like" posting any signs. They've had the same policy for years and never bothered to post a 30.06 sign. Don't see it changing. They'll just chase out the open carriers and the CC people can just keep on ignoring their stupid "policy".
4/13/1996 Completed CHL Class, 4/16/1996 Fingerprints, Affidavits, and Application Mailed, 10/4/1996 Received CHL, renewed 1998, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2016...). "ATF... Uhhh...heh...heh....Alcohol, tobacco, and GUNS!! Cool!!!!"

I hadn't been to a mall in a long time. Saturday morning I ran in to Baybrook Mall in Webster to buy a gift card. While I was there I got my first look at their brand new outdoor shopping and entertainment area. Very nice construction except that the first thing to greet me at the entrance was their "no weapons policy".

Not posted 30.06 or 30.07, and I was already concealed carrying. So I carried on. These places know the laws, and they know that all they have to do is post 30.06 and 30.07 at each public entrance. They don't post them, so I assume that their policies are more aimed at giving the general public a warm fuzzy feeling of "gun free bliss" without losing the business of the CHL/LTC/pro-gun community.

I frequent Baybrook with the family and have never seen a sign
I love the sound smell of jet fuel in the morning.

As you walk into the new outdoor area with the restaurants, they have their "no weapons" signs. They state that firearms are prohibited, but there's no 30.06 or 30.07 signage except for on certain restaurants/venues like Kona Grill, Star Cinema, etc. Where the venue has chosen to ban weapons explicitly.
